Senior Associate opportunity within a market-leading Financial Services Disputes & Investigations team based in Manchester. The role focuses on contentious regulatory and investigations work, with exposure to complex banking and finance litigation across consumer, commercial and specialist sectors.

The successful candidate will work on internal and enforcement investigations, remediation and thematic reviews, and related contentious regulatory matters, while also supporting high-value banking litigation and cross-jurisdictional disputes. You will support senior fee-earners, manage your own caseload and develop client relationships within the financial services sector.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered)
3–6 years’ PQE in financial services disputes, investigations or contentious regulatory work (essential)
Experience of banking/finance litigation desirable
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills; ability to manage competing deadlines
Commercial awareness, client-focused approach and interest in business development
