Senior Associate — Financial Services (Melbourne)

An established Melbourne-based corporate team is recruiting a Senior Associate to join their financial services and banking group. The role sits within a collegiate, transaction-focused practice advising on a range of finance and banking matters.

You will work on secured and unsecured lending, syndicated facilities, regulatory-driven finance work and other transactional matters for institutional and corporate clients. The team offers strong internal support and exposure to complex deals across the region.

• Proven experience in finance and banking transactions at senior associate level
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on facility agreements and security documents
• Admitted to practise in Australia (or eligible) and able to work in Melbourne
• Ability to manage matters, mentor juniors and liaise with internal stakeholders
