Top-tier international law firm in Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Associate to join its Funds & Asset Management team. The team advises fund managers, institutional investors and asset managers on fund structuring, fund launches, carried interest arrangements and cross-border portfolio investments across a wide range of asset classes.

The role combines transactional and advisory work, including fund formation, restructurings and regulatory advice on EU fund and investment-manager regimes (AIFMD II, MiFID II, SFDR and related frameworks). You will work in a high‑calibre, international practice and contribute to the continued development of the team.

Qualified lawyer with demonstrable experience in funds & asset management (structuring, fund formation or asset manager advice)
Experience advising institutional investors and/or fund managers on cross‑border funds and carried‑interest structures
Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks relevant to funds and investment managers (AIFMD II, MiFID II, SFDR)
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to work in international, multidisciplinary teams
