Join a national funds practice within a market-leading Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services team in Sydney. You will work on complex fund formation, fundraising and operating matters across wholesale, retail and bespoke fund structures, advising fund managers, institutional and sovereign investors and working closely with complementary practice groups.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working model (approx. 60% in-office). You will collaborate with partners and specialists across Australia on transactions and projects spanning private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, renewables and private credit.

Experience in a funds practice (or corporate/financial services regulatory) at a top-tier, national or international firm, or in-house team.
Demonstrable interest in specialising in investment funds and fund formation.
Strong commercial drafting and advisory skills on fund documentation and regulatory/licensing issues.
Collaborative approach, client-service focus and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
