5+ years' transactional banking & finance experience (PQE)
Experience in lending, leveraged finance and/or structured finance; corporate finance experience strongly desirable
Proven track record at a top‑tier, international or respected mid‑tier law firm
Strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication
Commercial, client‑focused approach with attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams
