Leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Global Markets team in Sydney. The role will focus on securitisation, structured finance, derivatives and related debt capital markets work across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The team is integrated with a large, multi-jurisdictional finance practice and handles complex, market-leading structures. The role offers exposure to high-value mandates, mentoring responsibilities and opportunities for professional development and international collaboration.

Minimum 5 years' legal experience in finance-related practice areas (e.g. securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, asset finance, funds finance or debt capital markets) in private practice.
Strong technical drafting and transactional skills with a commercial approach to client work.
Proven client-facing experience and ability to manage and negotiate on transactions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior lawyers and to work collaboratively in large teams.
