Senior Associate, Health Law (Medical Malpractice) — Sydney

Senior Associate opportunity within a specialist health law team in Sydney, focused on medical malpractice, complex torts and insurance-related disputes. The role sits in a dedicated practice advising major health-sector stakeholders and public bodies on high‑profile, legally and reputationally sensitive matters.

• Minimum 5 years post‑admission experience with substantive exposure to health‑related disputes (medical malpractice and/or coronial practice preferred).
• Experience in NSW courts and familiarity with coronial processes.
• Excellent drafting and advisory skills, high technical standards and attention to detail.
• Proven client‑service focus, ability to manage matters autonomously and to mentor junior team members.
