Join a national regulatory, inquiries and investigations team as a Senior Associate specialising in health and safety law. You will manage a varied caseload for public sector, insurer and corporate clients, handling investigations, regulatory defence and related court work.

The role offers exposure to serious incident work including workplace fatalities, corporate manslaughter matters, coronial proceedings and public inquiries, with opportunities to lead hearings and liaise with regulators, experts and clients.

Qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in regulatory and/or criminal health & safety law.
Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills; experience of witness statements and investigation reports.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and to work with clients, regulators and experts.
Experience with coronial proceedings, transport or environmental law or prior work for regulators/local authorities or insurers advantageous.
