Senior Associate — Healthcare Litigation (Glasgow or Edinburgh)

Join a nationally recognised healthcare litigation team as a Senior Associate. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and historic abuse claims, with regular client contact and opportunities to work on complex, developing areas of law.

The team is collaborative and supportive, operating in a flexible, modern environment and drawing on broader litigation, regulatory and inquiry expertise across the firm. The post can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

• Qualified solicitor with 6+ years' post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred. Experience in clinical negligence or historic abuse claims advantageous.
• Confident communicator with ability to manage a mixed caseload and meet client service standards/SLAs.
• A self‑starter who can handle complex legal issues in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively across teams.
