Senior Associate inance & Banking irst-Seat Sydney

Join a fast-growing Banking & Finance team in Sydney as a Senior Associate. The role offers regular involvement in lending and syndicated finance transactions, acting on both commercial and structured financing mandates for corporate and institutional borrowers and lenders.

This is a hands-on transactional role: you will draft and negotiate facility documentation, manage deal processes, mentor junior staff and work closely with partners and clients. The team is expanding and looking for someone ready to take on increased responsibility and complex matters.

• Admitted solicitor in Australia (NSW admission preferred)
• Several years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance, with clear exposure to lending and syndicated facilities
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
• Commercial client-facing manner and ability to manage matter workflow and supervise junior lawyers
