Join a national banking and financial services team in Sydney as an experienced Lawyer/Associate. The role involves transactional and regulatory work across finance, funds and investment management, with flexible hybrid working from modern offices.

You will work closely with senior colleagues across the national practice on matters including finance transactions, fund establishment and mergers, regulatory advice for superannuation and investment managers, and preparation of disclosure and marketing materials. The team supports career development, learning programs and a range of wellbeing and flexibility initiatives.

2-3 years post‑admission experience practising commercial law, with exposure to finance or financial services matters
Experience with banking/finance transactions, fund establishment or regulatory advice for funds and investment managers
Strong commercial focus, excellent drafting and precedent‑preparation skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, trustees and industry stakeholders; interest in innovation and business development
