Join a national infrastructure and projects team advising public and private sector clients on complex long‑term infrastructure agreements, with a strong focus on PFI/PPP and related service contracts. The role involves advising across sectors such as health, education, transport, energy, water/environment and regeneration.

You will work within a multi‑disciplinary group, providing practical, commercially focused legal advice on structuring and delivery, operational contract management, and contract expiry/hand‑back issues. The position offers exposure to significant regional and national infrastructure work and opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to team growth.

Approximately 5+ years' PQE in commercial contracts, with experience on public‑sector infrastructure projects and PFI/PPP frameworks.
Experience advising on operational management of PFI/PPP projects and preparing for contract expiry/hand‑back.
Ability to provide practical, delivery‑focused legal advice and to manage matters independently.
Proven experience working collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary, cross‑office teams and developing client relationships.
Strong technical drafting and interpersonal skills.
