Established national firm seeking a senior associate to join its Insurance Coverage practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on coverage opinion work and litigation defending insurers in extra-contractual and bad faith matters across state and federal courts.

Team work includes written coverage opinions, policy interpretation, allocation and disclaimer analysis, and handling mediations, arbitrations and declaratory relief litigation. The group represents primary and excess carriers, reinsurers and other insurance industry participants.

7–10 years' post-qualification experience in insurance coverage, bad faith and related litigation
Strong legal research, drafting and motion practice experience
Experience with coverage opinions, policy interpretation, allocation and disclaimers
Litigation experience on extra-contractual/bad faith claims; reinsurance experience a plus
Admission to the Georgia bar required
