Senior Associate — Insurance Coverage, Los Angeles

Senior associate opportunity in a busy insurance coverage practice based in Los Angeles. The team represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes arising from commercial general liability and sector-specific risks (construction, energy, entertainment, maritime).

The role requires ownership of coverage matters: analyzing policies, drafting coverage opinions, conducting deep legal research, preparing pleadings and motions, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. • Ideally 6+ years' experience in complex insurance coverage litigation, including commercial general liability.
• Admitted to practice in California; additional admissions (TX, NY, WA, CO) a plus.
• Federal court experience and strong litigation drafting skills (motions, briefs, discovery).
• Excellent legal research, writing, organization and time-management abilities; able to handle sensitive and time-critical matters independently.
