Top-tier international law firm seeks a Senior Associate to join its Intellectual Property group in Boston. The role focuses on patent prosecution and related litigation work for clients across life sciences and technology sectors.

Successful candidates will work on technically sophisticated matters as part of a multi-office team; occasional collaboration with colleagues in Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, DC is expected. The hiring team requests law school, undergraduate and any graduate transcripts as part of the application.

Advanced degree or strong technical background in chemistry (PhD, MS or equivalent preferred)
Experience in patent prosecution and exposure to IP litigation
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Admission to practice in the U.S. (or eligibility)
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and with interdisciplinary teams
