We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join a busy intellectual property team advising life-sciences clients. The role involves patent prosecution and related IP litigation work, supporting complex matters alongside experienced IP attorneys.

The position can be based in the Boston office (with flexibility to consider candidates for other U.S. offices). Candidates will work on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to patent office actions, and supporting litigation and opinion work as needed.

Applicants should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and any graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

JD and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility)
Technical/scientific background in life sciences, suitable for patent work
Experience with patent prosecution and exposure to patent litigation or opinions
Strong drafting, analytical and client-communication skills; academic transcripts required
