An established IP litigation team in a major, full-service law firm is hiring a Senior Associate to work on patent litigation and related IP matters. The role offers exposure to contested patent litigation and concurrent patent prosecution work across technology and life-sciences matters.

The position is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). You will join a collaborative group of experienced litigators and patent prosecutors handling high‑stakes matters for sophisticated clients.

Applications should include law school and undergraduate transcripts; candidates with strong academic credentials and demonstrable patent litigation or prosecution experience will be prioritized.

Significant experience in patent litigation and/or patent prosecution at a major law firm
Strong drafting and motion practice skills; experience with discovery and claim construction preferred
Experience with technology or life‑sciences matters (chemistry, biotech, or software) a plus
Active U.S. bar admission or eligibility to be admitted; excellent academic record
Submission of law school and undergraduate transcripts required
