Senior Associate — Intellectual Property & Technology, Melbourne

Growing Intellectual Property & Technology team in Melbourne is hiring two Senior Associates to support a broad IP practice. The role covers advisory and transactional work across technology agreements, IP procurement and protection, and commercialisation matters for corporate and technology-sector clients.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative specialist team, working on a mix of advisory, contract drafting and contentious support. The position offers exposure to varied IP and technology matters and opportunity to develop deeper sector expertise.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with solid experience in IP and technology work at a reputable firm or in-house team
• Proven experience in technology agreements, IP protection/clearance, licensing and related commercial documentation
• Strong drafting and project-management skills; comfortable advising commercial teams and supporting contentious matters
• Client-focused, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
