Private funds team in Frankfurt seeks a (Senior) Associate / Rechtsanwalt to advise on the structuring and regulatory aspects of investment funds for German regulated investors. The role covers fund formation, target-fund reviews, secondary transactions, co‑investments and restructurings across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt.

The position involves cross‑border work as part of an international private funds group and includes ESG advisory responsibilities and participation in the development and international integration of internal legal-tech/AI tools.

Qualified German Rechtsanwalt or equivalent legal qualification
Experience in investment funds / private funds work (fund structuring, target-fund due diligence, secondaries, co‑investments)
Strong knowledge of investment law, corporate law and international commercial law; ESG advisory experience beneficial
Very good English skills and ability to work independently on transactional matters
