Senior Associate — Investment Funds (London)

Senior Associate opportunity within a growing, market-leading investment funds team in London. The role focuses on private markets fund work across structuring, fund formation and investment activity for fund managers and institutional investors.

You will work across a global network advising on private fund structures spanning infrastructure, energy, climate & sustainability, real estate, debt and private equity. The role involves leading transactions with support from senior colleagues, drafting and negotiating core fund documentation, and managing investor negotiations and side letters.

This is a career-focused role offering exposure to complex, high-impact matters, close collaboration with tax and offshore counsel, and opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to team growth.

• Established private markets / investment funds experience at senior associate level (or equivalent)
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating fund documentation (LPAs, management agreements, side letters, trustee/unit trust documentation)
• Experience advising on fund structuring and fund lifecycle matters across private equity, infrastructure, real assets, debt or sustainability-focused strategies
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills, with the ability to run matters and support business development
