Senior Associate — IP Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Join a major international litigation team as a senior associate focused on patent litigation. The role involves working on high‑stakes district court and administrative proceedings, supporting all phases of litigation from discovery through trial and appeal.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting dispositive and dispositive‑adjacent motions, leading fact and expert discovery, preparing claim charts and technical analyses, advising clients on litigation strategy, and supervising junior associates and staff. The team handles technology‑intensive matters and works closely with in‑house and external technical experts.

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership (Washington, D.C. preferred)
• Several years of post‑qualification experience in patent litigation (district court and/or PTAB experience preferred)
• Proven litigation drafting and advocacy skills; experience with discovery and expert witness work
• Comfort working on technology‑focused matters and supervising junior team members
