Senior Associate — IP Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Senior associate opportunity on a busy intellectual property litigation team based in Washington, D.C. The role involves handling patent litigation matters across federal courts and administrative proceedings, working closely with trial teams and technology-focused colleagues in other offices.

Typical responsibilities include drafting dispositive and pretrial motions, managing discovery and expert work, preparing claim construction and invalidity analyses, supervising junior associates and supporting trial preparation. The team handles complex, technology-driven disputes for sophisticated clients.

• Several years of IP litigation experience, with substantial patent litigation exposure
• Strong written advocacy and motion practice experience; oral advocacy and deposition experience preferred
• Comfort with technical subject matter and coordinating with technical experts
• J.D. and admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to transfer/admit)
