Senior Associate, IP Litigation — Washington, DC

Experienced intellectual property litigation practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Washington, DC litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across technology-driven industries, working on complex disputes handled at the trial and appellate levels.

The position offers the chance to work closely with senior litigators on substantive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and trial preparation. The team handles high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients and provides mentoring and professional development in a collaborative environment.

• Juris Doctor and active admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Several years of post‑JD experience in patent litigation (federal court litigation experience preferred)
• Proven ability in briefing, discovery management, and deposition/trial support
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and project-management skills; technical or scientific background is a plus
