Senior Associate — Labor & Employment Litigation, Los Angeles

Senior associate opportunity in a busy Los Angeles labor & employment litigation team, focused on defense and trial work. The role involves managing a substantial caseload of employment disputes including discrimination, retaliation, accommodations, discipline and termination matters in state and federal court.

You will lead investigations, develop case strategies, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, draft pleadings and motions, prepare pre-trial and trial materials, and represent clients at hearings, mediations and trials. • 5–8 years of labor & employment litigation experience (California litigation experience preferred)
• Admission to the California bar
• Proven experience managing full-spectrum employment litigation (investigations, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation)
• Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; effective client communication and case management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple matters
