Seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Labor & Employment attorney to join a busy Labor, Employment & Workplace Safety practice in Newark. The role involves counseling on employment law issues, conducting investigations, litigating employment matters, and drafting/reviewing employment policies and agreements.

Ideally suited to an attorney with experience on the employment aspects of business transactions (including M&A) and a record of working independently and as part of team. Strong written and oral advocacy and solid academic credentials are required; trial experience is a plus.

  • 4–6 years of experience in labor & employment law (advice, investigations, and litigation)
  • Experience drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment‑related documents
  • Familiarity with employment issues arising in business transactions (e.g., M&A) preferred
  • Strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self‑starter who works well individually and in teams; trial experience a plus
