Senior Associate / Lawyer, Construction (Sydney)

Senior Associate- or Lawyer-level role in the construction team of a major international law firm based in Sydney. The role covers a mix of contentious and non‑contentious construction work, including disputes, adjudications, and transactional drafting and negotiation.

• At least 4 years post‑admission experience in construction law, at a reputable firm or sophisticated in‑house team
• Experience with construction disputes, adjudications, litigation and arbitration
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for construction documentation
• Commercially minded, client‑focused and collaborative; ability to contribute to business development and knowledge sharing
