Senior Associate, Class Actions — Sydney

Senior Associate role in a market-leading class actions team based in Sydney. You will work on high‑profile class actions and complex regulatory and enforcement matters for national and international clients.

The role involves file ownership, drafting and strategic advice, and collaboration with colleagues across interstate and international offices. The team offers structured development, strong mentoring and significant exposure to multi‑jurisdictional litigation and regulatory work.

• Australian or New Zealand practising certificate
• 5+ years post‑admission experience
• Demonstrable commercial litigation experience, preferably with class actions or regulatory enforcement matters, from a top‑tier/private practice or in‑house
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; able to operate to tight timeframes and work collaboratively
• Excellent communication and client service skills; curious about AI and emerging technologies
