Senior-level opportunity to join a national catastrophic and complex injury team handling high-value personal injury litigation. The team covers severe matters such as traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal accident claims, working across pre‑litigation advice and full-scale litigation.

The role involves running a personal caseload of complex injury files, developing and executing clear case strategies, working alongside senior lawyers on multi‑million pound matters, and contributing to client relationship and business development activity.

Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial experience in catastrophic/complex injury (RTA, EL, PL, large loss)
Proven ability to manage a full caseload and to run cases to conclusion
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and client-handling experience
High level of compliance with internal protocols and risk management practices
Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues; commitment to ongoing technical development
