Senior Associate / Legal Director — Disease (Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield)

Join a national defendant disease team as a Senior Associate / Legal Director, working from the Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield office on a hybrid basis. The role involves managing a sizeable, varied caseload of disease and personal injury matters, including fast-track, multi-track and DCP claims.

The team acts for insurers, corporates, TPAs and brokers on complex exposures such as asbestos, NIHL, HAVS and employer's/public liability claims. You will work alongside experienced litigators and benefit from a collaborative, process-driven environment that leverages in-house R&D and technology to deliver efficient solutions.

• At least 5 years' defendant disease litigation experience gained in a law firm
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of fast-track, multi-track and DCP claims
• Experience of client contact and working with insurers/TPAs/corporates
• Strong litigation drafting, advocacy and case-management skills
