Join a nationally recognised UK employment team based in Brighton, advising employers and high-net-worth individuals on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers hands-on casework across tribunal claims, disciplinary and capability processes, redundancy, employment documentation and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

You will work with a mix of UK and international clients across sectors such as retail, technology, education, aviation, hospitality and sport, supported by senior colleagues and a programme of team events and business-development initiatives. The team operates in a collaborative, inclusive environment and supports flexible/hybrid working patterns where appropriate.

Established experience advising respondents on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Strong case management skills and ability to handle a varied, often busy workload.
Enthusiasm for client-facing work and participation in business development and team events.
Experience with international clients or the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
