Senior Associate — Leveraged Finance (Birmingham)

Leading national banking & finance team is hiring multiple Senior Associates to join its Birmingham office. You will work across corporate and leveraged finance matters, advising sponsors, corporates, banks and alternative lenders on domestic and cross-border transactions.

The role offers varied deal exposure across leveraged acquisitions, refinancings, asset-based lending and related corporate work. You will be joining a collaborative team with strong links to corporate, tax, restructuring and real estate specialists and opportunities to work on high‑profile matters.

The team encourages business development, training and knowledge‑sharing; flexible working arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process.

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in corporate/leveraged finance.
• Solid experience on leveraged and corporate debt transactions (sponsors, lenders, borrowers).
• Comfortable working independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams on domestic and cross‑border matters.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills; willing to contribute to business development, mentoring and knowledge management.
