Senior Associate — Leveraged Finance, Manchester

Recruiting for a Senior Associate to join a busy Leveraged Finance team in Manchester. The role offers exposure across sponsor-backed and corporate financings, growth lending and venture debt, working on the full transaction lifecycle from facility documentation to intercreditor arrangements and security packages.

The team handles both new transactions and portfolio in-life work (waivers, resets, restatements and bolt‑ons) and works closely with corporate and restructuring specialists. This is a practical, transactional role with regular responsibility for matters and opportunities to contribute to local business development as the Manchester presence grows.

• 3–6 years PQE post-qualification experience in leveraged finance/corporate banking transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating facilities and security documentation (LMA and non‑LMA forms), and advising on intercreditor arrangements
• Comfortable acting for lenders and borrowers and managing transactional workflows and portfolio in‑life issues
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to support local team development
