Senior Associate — Litigation & Arbitration, Barcelona

Leading international law firm seeks a litigation and arbitration lawyer (4–8 years’ PQE) to join its Barcelona disputes team. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters alongside a team of senior practitioners.

You'll work on market-relevant disputes, receive structured training and development, and have access to international secondment and career progression opportunities within a global practice. The office offers a collaborative, flexible environment focused on high-quality technical work.

• Law degree (or double degree including law).
• 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration at a law firm.
• High level of English; Spanish required.
• Strong technical skills, teamwork, motivation and client-service focus.
