5–10 years' post-qualification litigation experience, ideally with energy or infrastructure dispute exposure
Dutch qualification and strong knowledge of Dutch law
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills; commercial mindset and interest in practice development
