Senior Associate, Non-contentious Construction — London

Experienced non-contentious construction lawyer sought for a leading international construction and infrastructure practice in London. The team advises on large-scale real estate, energy and infrastructure projects, acting across project structuring, procurement, contract drafting and negotiation, risk management and commercial transactional support.

The role involves leading client matters, supervising junior lawyers, managing budgets and delivery, and contributing to business development and know‑how. There is scope to work across sectoral workstreams including development, power/energy transition and major transport infrastructure projects; occasional international travel is possible.

• Qualified solicitor with proven senior associate post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious construction law
• Hands‑on experience with standard construction forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC and/or IChemE/LOGIC)
• Experience leading teams on complex projects, managing budgets, timetables and client expectations
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial risk analysis skills; excellent academic record
