Senior Associate — Non‑contentious Construction, Dubai

Senior Associate role on a market‑leading Middle East Projects & Construction team, advising on high‑value, complex construction projects across the UAE. The role focuses on commercial and contractual issues arising across the project lifecycle, acting as project counsel and supporting negotiation and contract management.

You will lead and manage matters within a specialist regional team, work closely with partners on client relationship development, and have scope to develop your professional profile through visible responsibility on significant mandates.

• Proven non‑contentious construction experience (contract management, negotiation support; transactional drafting and negotiation advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and DIFC framework
• Excellent drafting skills (contracts, legal opinions); strong advocacy materials drafting experience is a plus
• Demonstrable ability to lead matters, manage competing priorities and mentor junior lawyers
• Commercial awareness, client rapport and good business development instincts; excellent written and verbal communication
