Senior Associate — Patent Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks a Senior Associate to join its Intellectual Property litigation team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on patent litigation work across courts and adjudicative forums, supporting complex, technology-driven matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and cross‑practice teams on fact and expert discovery, motion practice, claim construction, and trial preparation, while providing strategic advice to sophisticated corporate and technology clients.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (or ability to obtain) in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Senior associate level experience in patent litigation (district court and/or administrative forums such as PTAB).
• Track record drafting pleadings, discovery responses, claim construction briefing, and supporting depositions and expert work.
• Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage high‑volume case work and mentor junior lawyers.
