Senior Associate — Patent Litigation, Washington, DC

Senior associate role in a large, international intellectual property practice based in Washington, D.C. The team handles complex patent disputes for technology-focused clients across federal courts and the ITC, working at the intersection of government, technology and business.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive and pretrial motions, preparing technical experts and trial materials, and providing strategic client advice. The role offers significant courtroom and case-management exposure within a collaborative, cross-office IP team.

• Several years of experience in patent litigation (federal courts and/or ITC).
• Strong briefing, motion practice and discovery management skills.
• Comfort working on technology-driven matters; ability to collaborate with technical experts.
• Active bar admission in the U.S.; excellent oral and written advocacy.
