Senior-level pensions lawyer role within a large, well-established UK pensions team advising trustees and employers on defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid schemes. The team advises a broad national client base across public and private sectors on transactional, advisory and contentious pensions matters.

The firm promotes career progression through a structured Senior Associate development programme designed to prepare senior lawyers for director/partner-level roles, supported by hybrid and flexible working options and an emphasis on quality of work–life balance.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to trustee training, regulatory work and scheme governance matters, with opportunities to work across a variety of technical pensions issues and collaborate across offices.

Solid pensions experience advising on schemes, including transactional and contentious matters
Qualified solicitor (SRA) or solicitor/advocate registered with the Law Society of Scotland
Comfortable advising trustees and employers on DB, DC and hybrid arrangements
Ability to work flexibly (hybrid, part-time or full-time patterns available)
