Senior Associate — Private Companies & M&A, Palo Alto

Experienced corporate associate sought for a busy private companies practice in Palo Alto. The role focuses on representing high-growth private and public companies across formations, financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters within a global corporate team.

Ideal candidates will have six to seven years of US law firm experience advising emerging and growth-stage companies, strong academics, and demonstrated transactional experience across financings, M&A and corporate governance.
