Senior Associate, Private Equity — Boston

Senior associate opportunity in the private equity practice of a major international law firm’s Boston office. The role offers high‑quality deal exposure across a broad range of private equity transactions and the chance to lead significant matters alongside a seasoned team.

Successful candidates will work on preferred equity financings, leveraged buyouts and related transactional matters, advising sponsors and portfolio companies. The team values commercial judgment, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage matters independently.

• 5–7 years of private equity transactional experience at a leading law firm
• Proven ability to lead preferred equity transactions, leveraged buyouts and other PE deals
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills; commercial mindset
• Ability to work independently with clients and colleagues
• J.D. from a top‑tier law school and admission (or eligibility to waive) to the Massachusetts bar
