Senior Associate — Private Equity Finance (Borrower) — Boston

Experienced finance associate opportunity in a top-tier global private equity finance practice. The team advises borrowers and sponsors on sponsor-side acquisition financings, private credit and syndicated/leveraged financings across a range of industries and deal sizes.

The role focuses on borrower-side private credit and acquisition finance matters, working on complex syndicated and private lender transactions, unitranche and mezzanine structures, intercreditor and security arrangements, and related restructuring and covenant issues. You will join a high-volume, market-leading practice that collaborates across offices on cross-border financings.

• Minimum of 4 years’ borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance experience (senior associate level)
• Demonstrable sponsor-side private equity acquisition financing experience required
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on loan agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements
• Proven ability to manage deal execution across teams and jurisdictions
