Senior Associate role within a professional & commercial risk team, handling a broad mix of professional indemnity work. The position offers client-facing responsibility on pre-action and litigated matters, working with insurers and insured professionals.

The role involves running caseloads with autonomy, instructing experts and counsel, contributing to disclosure and witness evidence, and supporting business development within a collaborative, multi-office practice.

Approximately 5 years PQE in defendant professional indemnity / professional negligence or equivalent
Proven experience running pre-action and litigated matters with a high degree of autonomy
Strong legal analysis, drafting and client-handling skills; comfortable instructing experts and counsel
Experience or interest in claims involving surveyors/valuers, property managers, brokers or accountants (generalist prof neg candidates welcome)
Team-oriented, proactive approach with experience supervising junior fee-earners and contributing to business development
