Senior Associate opportunity within a nationally recognised catastrophic injury team, open to candidates across multiple UK offices. This role involves leading and managing complex, high‑value defendant-side personal injury claims across motor, employer's liability and public liability matters.

You will handle life‑changing and sensitive cases that can attract media attention, take ownership of key files, and work collaboratively with senior colleagues and multi‑disciplinary teams. The role includes cross‑border quantum work and the use of data and technology to improve case strategy and efficiency.

10+ years' post‑qualification experience in catastrophic injury or serious personal injury defence work
Proven defendant claims handling across motor, employer's liability and/or public liability
In‑depth knowledge of Ogden tables and future losses
Experience working on large/complex cases within a team and strong written and oral advocacy and communication skills
