National litigation team seeks an Associate to join its casualty and corporate claims group. The role focuses on defending employers' and public liability matters, handling both pre‑litigation and litigated files across a range of values including multi‑track and catastrophic injury cases.

Work is delivered from multiple UK offices (Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield) within a hybrid working model. The team acts for insurers, adjusters and commercial insureds and uses technical resource and process‑led tools to manage complex caseloads efficiently.

There is scope to work on cross‑border quantum enquiries and to collaborate with experienced litigation lawyers on high‑profile and complex liability disputes.

3+ years' UK‑qualified solicitor or CILEX with relevant defence litigation experience
Proven litigation experience on defence matters up to high multi‑track
Working knowledge of policy coverage and basic insurance issues
Strong analytical, communication and case‑management skills; able to manage competing priorities
