Join a well-regarded national law firm’s Dispute Resolution team in Manchester supporting commercial litigation, insolvency-related disputes and arbitration. The team handles domestic and cross-border matters across the High Court, appellate courts and arbitration, acting for corporates, financial services firms, professional advisers and other commercial stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual claims, post‑transaction/corporate disputes, LLP/partnership issues and insolvency litigation. You will work on complex, high-value matters with supervision from senior litigators and opportunities to develop advocacy, strategy and client‑management skills.

2–4 years' post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution or commercial litigation.
Experience of insolvency‑related work and/or commercial litigation (High Court, arbitration or ADR) desirable.

Commercial, proactive approach; comfortable taking responsibility for client work and developing client relationships.
Team player with an interest in business development and professional growth.
