Solicitors with 3–5 years' PQE are invited to join a busy real estate disputes team in Manchester. The role offers exposure to high-value, often complex property litigation across landlord & tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, rent review, forfeiture/possession and related commercial property disputes.

You will handle your own matters with appropriate supervision and support more senior fee-earners on high-profile and precedent-setting cases. The team works closely across offices and provides mentoring, leadership training and opportunities to contribute to business development.

This is a collegiate, high-performance environment with hybrid working (minimum three days in the city-centre office) and clear progression for ambitious dispute lawyers seeking increased responsibility.

UK-qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in real estate disputes
Proven experience in landlord & tenant litigation, dilapidations, lease renewals and related contentious property work
Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills, with commercial judgement
Excellent client-facing and organisational skills; ability to manage a varied caseload and deadlines
