Join a national real estate practice as a Knowledge Associate supporting the firm's Real Estate team. The role is fully flexible (full- or part-time) and can be based across multiple UK offices.

You will help deliver the 2030 Knowledge Plan by creating and maintaining precedents and practice notes, collating and managing subscription resources, and working with the Research and business services teams to keep guidance up to date. The role includes designing and delivering internal training, contributing to knowledge‑sharing sessions, producing legal insights, and supporting tender responses and client‑facing materials.

The position works closely with a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate group and the wider knowledge team to embed best practice, drive efficiencies through process and technology, and ensure fee earners have accessible, high‑quality knowledge resources.

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE gained in Real Estate
Strong knowledge of real estate law, legal research and precedent drafting skills
Experience creating and delivering training and written legal guidance
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
