Join a national commercial insurance team handling a varied caseload of property-related disputes, including property fraud, first- and third-party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogation recoveries. The role is open across regional UK offices with hybrid working available.

The post involves managing your own caseload, advising on complex technical issues, meeting service-level expectations and supporting junior colleagues. You will work closely with colleagues across the insurance practice to deliver pragmatic, timely outcomes for clients.

5+ years PQE in insurance litigation or insurance disputes, with substantive property-claims experience.
Proven experience handling property fraud, first-party property damage (FPPD), third-party property damage (TPPD), product liability, policy coverage and subrogation matters.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance issues, with the ability to analyse risk and justify decisions to clients and stakeholders.
Track record of delivering results to strict deadlines and experience supervising or coaching more junior fee-earners.
