Join a busy volume claims team in Birmingham handling defended and pre‑litigated motor claims, with a primary focus on credit hire disputes. The role offers substantive litigation work from inception through to settlement and opportunities to take early supervisory responsibility.

You will manage a varied caseload, draft pleadings and witness statements, advise insurer clients on liability and quantum, and act as a technical point of escalation within the team. The role emphasises commercially focused, pragmatic advice and delivery against client SLAs and KPIs.

Qualified solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) or equivalent defendant motor claims experience
Demonstrable experience handling credit hire claims and litigated motor caseloads independently
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members desirable
Strong technical knowledge of indemnity, liability and quantum issues, with excellent communication and client management skills
